Have you ever been stuck in the middle of an eight-hour shift and run out of motivation to work? It can be hard to break out of that feeling. Even if you love your job and the work you do, we all have those bad days of feeling just meh. Here are six songs to help you get motivated at work, whether you are a designer, writer, coder, accountant, custodian or anything else. So grab a fresh cup of coffee and load Spotify or Youtube.

OK GO – “Here It Goes Again”

The music video is attached because it is awesome. Watching this video makes me want to practice on being a better person. If these four middle-aged guys can do this dance, I can do my work. The music is pretty good too. For more of OK GO dancing, watch “A Million Ways” also.

The Darkness – “I Believe In a Thing Called Love”

motivate

This is a rock opera, over the top, fun song. If the guitar melody doesn’t get you pumped, wait until the singer hits the high not towards the end. This song will definitely motivate you to start working. This video is entertaining too.

Outcast – “Hey Ya”

An up beat song that will give you the creative energy you need to get you back to work. Outcast has a lot of other songs that are fun to listen to for creative inspiration.

Mulan – “I’ll Make A Man Out Of You”motivate work music

I believe this song is more motivating than “Eye of The Tiger”. “I’ll Make A Man Out of You” will fill you with determination and strength you never though you had. It is also fun to sing.

Avicii – “Levels”

This is another song with a video of a man dancing, but this time it is at an office. This song has samples of Etta James “Something’s Got A Hold Of Me” and defines a new genre of house music. If you don’t like this type of music, you’ll still get a kick out of the video.

Cake – “Love You Madly”

I don’t know if you have heard of the band Cake, but if you haven’t, look them up. Their music would be described as 90s geek rock, but I believe they transcend generations. This song is about love, but if you don’t have a significant other, don’t worry. You can think about pizza, cats, or whatever else while listening to this song. The song “The Distance” is their most popular and also another motivational song.

Upon graduation, with little money and a ton of risk, Danny took his project and put his degree into action by starting his own website design business. With little direction, he began to learn the ins and outs of running a website development and marketing agency through trial and error. To start, Dsquared Media resided in a tiny 210 square foot office space located in Delray Beach, Florida that was barely room enough for employees to work. As time progressed, so did Danny’s knowledge on maintaining and running a successful business based on progressive marketing strategies. Currently, Dsquared Media employs 12 media professionals and is located in a space over 7 times larger than the tiny office in Delray. Danny attributes his success to a keen eye for intelligent design and an inspiration to live according to his passions.
